You can see mine there. It has its own light and slips into its harness so it doesn't have to stay on deck when its not needed or for hand bearing.

Then I'd still have a big hole with nothing in itdlandersson wrote:Either port or starboard of the hatch![]()

I'm not clear on which is what, but if there's a little light on top of the mast, that would most likely be the anchor light, unless it's aimed upward and lighting the Windex (if you have one. The one on the front of the mast is the masthead light, aka 'steaming light', used only when under motor power. My Mistress wrote:Changing to LED lighting throughout the boat. One tip on the table, though... The rim around the table is smart on a boat but you might want to leave at least one corner un-trimmed so that crumbs may be swept off. Here's how I did mine:
The small lamp atop the mast is marked 1892. It resembles a lamp for an old D-cell flashlight. I didn't see it on the list. the base is ~ 8mm Ɵ, 15mm from base contact to the rim.Tomfoolery wrote:I'm not clear on which is what, but if there's a little light on top of the mast, that would most likely be the anchor light, unless it's aimed upward and lighting the Windex (if you have one. Dr. LED has a bulb interchange chart which may be helpful, if you can identify the nav lights on your boat. Many here have replaced festoon bulbs, both pointy-tipped and flat or hollow ended, so I'm sure someone can advise as to the particulars. Probably help if you posted a pic of the bulb(s). https://doctorled.com/crossref.htm
