Re: 26M trailer brakes

While working on the brake system, if you launch in salt water, I recommend additionally checking the brake line in the neck of the tailer. Mine rusted out and failed twice despite religiously rinsing with fresh water after each launch and retrieval.

We have a Honda 1000 watt generator and run our 5000 BTU AC When it's hot, also a 700 watt electric heater for cold weather.

The space is tight, however, when hard starboard there is no interference.

Re: auxiliary motors ??

Ron, Our M is a 2005, not sure if there are differences with 2011 M. The "snazzy fiberglass piece", as you call it, is 5.5" wide x 9.5" high, roughly matching the purchased motor mounting bracket. The mounting face is in the same plane as the centerline of the transom. If I were ...

I can't say enought good things about the friendly folks we have met in our travels. So far we have covered 737.4 NM. Our estimate for the complete triangle is 960 NM.

Where does the time go? We really enjoyed Old Quebec City with all it's sights, good food and friendly people. We're about to make the turn south heading for Lake Champlain. Our route to date can be viewed at the following.
