Thanks to Tahoe Jack and Heath for helping me get into this forum. This took more effort than some of my mods! I hope to pass on a few more mods as soon as I can. Thanks for the great comments about my recent submissions.

I would like to take a little bandwidth time and thank All the people who contribute to the mod section. It makes this site a very valuable resource for all of us. Great work and taking the time to inspire all of us.

If there is a negative aspect I was also motivated through another site to do some modifications on my Corvette awhile back. I got a little over motivated in removing a clip and hammered a screwdriver right through the passenger door just as my wife passed by. Her eyes got huge, her breathing became erratic and she just stopped turned around and went back in the house. She never lets me forget my ability with a screwdriver.

That is a lot of of knuckle busting on the Corvette. It looks great in the pictures. I have a 74 with 22,000 miles on it. I will be departing company with is soon though. It was either keep the vette or get a Macgregor. With a 21 month old, I can't have all my toys.

Got the Engine section finished now..... Gotta finish the rest.... I lost my power half way through the work and had to start over... The stuff you looked @ is really out dated and needs to be fixed. I did allot of stuff different after actually getting into it...

Elcid thats a nice 74 steel bumper. I did a 76 rubber bumber, 3rd time Ive redone it but this time it was ground up. Believe it or not 8years and less than 7K invested including purchase price.

Scott thats an amazing feat!! did you return her to stock? The MG was in wonderful condition until someone hit and ran her. It picked it up and moved it a good foot. The damage wasn't too bad. But she just isnt in as good shape any more. Plus I had a head stud break on her a couple of weeks ago so I am going to have to rebuild the motor this summer. Not too big of a deal but will take some time. Thats a gorgeous car. Soo much fun to tool around in as well.
