M rear mast holder for an X
M rear mast holder for an X
Has anyone done this? I would like to install a M style mast support instead of the mid cockpit pole on an X. Anyone do this or any suggestions. Thanks for any advice.

This is something I want to do too, I will make my own when I get time and it will double as a solar panel support as well, I will watch this thread with interest assuming anyone replies that is.

Nice find. I see its made from aluminum. Does it seem like its strong enough to hold the mast up going down the road?sailboatmike wrote:Im using one of these cut down, I just have to fit it to the boat
