I'm thinking of starting a new sub Forum just for trip reports with problems that you wish to share.

The format follows the same format as the column in Sail magazine

Might I also suggest a photo gallery, where folk could post a photo of their boat or even pictures of mods, I think the ability to browse a gallery would be more user-friendly that the current Mods Page..

The mods page has been a real source of inspiration for me, but is not really browsable (is that even a proper word ).

I've often wondered why this forum doesn't have a "General Ma Discussion" section.

That sounds like the best mod yet. If you want to start a Mac "sub" forum you will first have to remove all the foam floatation from the boat, and drill holes in the hull. Maybe paint it grey. Ballasts flooded.
