Boomkicker

Post by arknoah »

I apologize if there is already a thread on this: I couldn't find it in a search. I am wondering about the wisdom of installing a boomkicker for my 1984 MacGregor 25. It seems like a good idea to keep the boom out of the cockpit and generally support the boom. The little bit on the website about installation seemed a little bit confusing, (I'm not that handy) but I have the sense that I would still be able to install it.

Any thoughts?

I did an Advanced Search on the terms "Kicker Topping" to see if I could find posts on Boomkickers and Topping Lifts. Here is what I came up with. Probably some good stuff in here that will answer some of your questions or point you towards users that have done what you may want to do.

Advanced Search "Kicker Topping"

Good luck.

Cheers,

Thanks. I would never have thought of that word sequence for the search.
