Welcome aboard!!

Your question is rather open ended. What do you mean by raising the mast from the bow? If you mean using a "M" style mast raising kit, then yes. If you mean something else, please enlighten.

There are many good discussions on this board about raising the mast, easily and safely , I suggest you search the forum to review all the various opinions. IMO, safely being the most important. :)

No! I use the sheet winch to power the raising system. I might try from the bow using the trailer winch when I get a long strap on the winch. Other than that, I'm too old and too tired to do it by hand.

Welcome aboard Miss U! :) :)

Miss U used to be in the Cockburn Powerboat storage yard where I keep Oskar, and I was wondering what happened when it disappeared.

Don't forget to join (and post) in the Australia Group. I'll keep an eye out for you in the Sound :)
