Dead battery and your engine is stuckup(snobby thing)

Post by TonyHouk »

Hey All,
I am reading some of these posts about people's batteries being drained down with their motors stuck in the up position. I was looking through the manual on my Nissan 50 and I found something that might help ya'll. On the side of my engine mount there is a screw that I can turn that allows me to lower the motor down in that case. From there I would just have to see if I could hand start it. Hope that helps and happy sails, Tony

Suzuki DF50T also has a release screw to allow manual tilt.
