Thanks Heath for the great site. I’m in for $100.

deacm – Looks like you have left room for a taller mast, here’s hoping you need it. :!:

Thanks to all your generosity so far as we are 50% on the way to the $1000 goal in a week. Come on now, sell that extra dock bumper you never use anymore at the marina end of season auction and chip in !! We're at $495 and counting ! Thanks again.

Some people donate but don't look for recognition (silent majority). Only Heath knows for sure. 8)

We've had a number of anonymous donations and that's fine..............just email me privately what you donate so I can log it. I haven't broadcasted anyone's donations and I don't think any of us are doing this for any kind of recognition''. ...it was just a spontaneous funding idea.

Thanks to everyone. Not that much farther to go. Hey Heath, what are you going to do with all of this cash, buy us all a super-fast server farm so we can send in Mac videos? :-)

Thanks everybody for the donations. I have some more ideas and improvements to the website in the works. I'm not sure about videos but there are some other fun things that I think we can do.

Deacm, I made my contribution for $20. One feature I would love to see is access to modifcations from the old site. As we get deeper into the "M" years less mods for "X" are being posted.

Ok guys, this is great !! Now the money is flying in so fast that I'm flying more sail than the mast can hold and we're starting to heel over as you all keep making me put more sail up. I better get more roach in that main or start a jib soon on this graphic or Ill broach !! Thanks to everyone!

Captain Steve had a great idea: Now that we've raised all this money for Heath, if anyone has any doable ideas how the money might be used to improve the site, start submitting those ideas to this thread. You KNEW there had to be a darkside to this, didn't you Heath :-)

I vote to leave the poor guy alone.

I think he should grab the wife, kids and the $1K and head to Disney World.

Get the hull out of Dodge for a little bit.

Actually we have a trip planned there soon. :-) Our own hard-earned reward but I appreciate the thought.

Captain Steve - all mods from the old site were imported into the current mods system. Do you mean the old discussion board?

Your right, Heath. I meant the discussions. Most if not all were X centric if that is a word. As I posted before, if they could be put on a searchable disc it would be worth purchasing. Keep up the good work, and thanks for keeping this going
