CDI main furler

Has anyone ordered and installed the CDI main furler system on a MacGregor 26X? I am aware of the do-it-yourself version on the mods page.

I had to change mine last June, because the original luff broke. I had to order a full CDI, as the Mac distributor in The Netherlands (where we keep our Culzean) does not sell spare pieces. :(
It was very easy to install; the only thing you must be sure is the lenght you have to cut in the luff, as it does not come measured for the Mac.

I just changed out my CDI furler.
The luff was all cracked and broken in three places.
As I use a 150 genona and had trouble fitting all the line into the drum, I went up a size. No trouble with the line now.
