26M In GMC Comercial

Post by NiceAft »

Last night as I was falling asleep watching the 11PM news I thought I saw an M go across the screen, and it was being pulled by an Envoy! That got my attention! At the next set of commercials here comes an Envoy and it's pulling a white M. Didn't anyone tell GMC that a blue hull can be towed at higher speeds?

Has anyone else seen the Mac in the Canadian tourism commercial? It shows a pair of fully-dressed Yuppies performing a joint man-overboard exercise from a 26X in Vancouver harbor?

seen 'em both.

caught the M on the Envoy commercial for the first time last night.
it was shown twice during Hockey.

the "Come to Canada" is shown regularly to us Californian's. they want us to spend our "undervalued" currency.
seems like only yesterday that a U.S dollar was $1.60 in Canada. Now it's a mere $1.12.

us Yanks can't afford your beautiful country.

You can't afford it because your dollar is only worth $1.12? How about us? Our dollar is worth only a dollar !

The funniest thing about the Canada commercial is that both sails are up but the boat is anchored and they are jumping off the boat.

I'm guessing the same Celine Dion song in the commercial was playing on their boat and they abandoned ship. Frank C - take note this could be a solution to your gopher problem.

Maybe it was my boat  . I have GMC Envoy and 26M; however, it is white one and we live in Salt Lake City, Utah. By the way, I like my Envoy a lot :) . Its compressor always keeps rear of the car at the same level even with 26M attached to it.

Jacek,

Me too!

Black Envoy pulling a white 26M. Great combo!

Of course if I want to sail it in salt water, I have to travel 60 miles to Atlantic City.

They probably use it for towing ads because it's so big. It looks like it would be very heavy. I tow with a half ton Silverado and I've had people say things like "you haul that giant boat with THAT little thing?".
