Mac Trapeze

Post by Bill at BOATS 4 SAIL »

Mark - Have you, or anyone else, tried a trapeze on a 26X or 26M?
I had a customer who had a trapeze on a 26C. He said his 2 sons would fight over who got to use it.
Details if anyone has; suggestions on how to.

Bill, that is an exciting idea.

Imagine this on a 26X or 26M

That guest was me - rats!

Thanks for bringing the topic up abscate.

I was really surprised that lifting airfoils need not be shaped with the upper surface longer than the bottom. That is the image I'd always had of an airplane wing.

Hello:
Just thought I'd mention that both P-40's and P-51's had laminar flow air foils. And, that was a long time ago.
