Im putting together a trip for either Cape Cod or Nantucket weekend of August 19 (Friday)
Has anyone on the list sailed out into Cape Cod in search of Whales ??
Tour from Boston is $150 for the family and Ive convinced the Admiral that we could land a nice BB in PTown for that kind of cash instead!
EM, PM or post at your convenience
Ive heard the whales prefer white hulls by the way....

I sail and boat the south side. Have fished the north side and seen whales. 3 years ago you could possibly see 50, now it's 5.maybe. Best bet is to listen to the whale charter boats talk to each other. They work together reporting sightings. I think it would be tough for a sailboat to react to a area. It,s basicly hit or miss unless you have twin 250. The south tip of stellwagon is about 4-5 miles from P-town. They have whale watchers from there, plus other ports. EM or call me if you want I will give or get you any info you need.
