Hey SVScott!
What an amazing coincidence to end up at the same place and same time more than once in the islands. Was so fun to meet you and your family, and explore your X.
Just a backstory for the MacGroup: SV and I didn't plan to meet up, it was by chance that they first saw our Mac at Heart Island while we were up in the castle, then the following day we passed each other going in opposite directions in the American Narrows near Clayton NY, then later on that night, by random coincidence, we ended up nose to tail on the same dock in Swan Bay. We didn't stop in the narrows because we were under sail heading downwind and downcurrent, and they were beating directly into the teeth of both under motor. We waved and called out greetings as we passed, not expecting to ever see them again.
We spent an awesome evening exploring each other's boats and stories, and hiding from the river bugs.
We just got back home an hour or so ago. The boat is an utter mess after 10 days or so on the water, with 7 sleeping on board for some of those days. The X is such a versatile platform.
