Easy $30 Pressurized Water System

I wanted pressurized water on my Mac, but I also wanted something that didn't require installing a permanent tank. This was my solution:

Advantages:
-- I can refill the container at a marina from a hose if I wish, or I can swap the empty container for a full one at almost any grocery store
-- no need to winterize or bleach the container
-- I can easily stick a 2nd 5 gallon container underneath the dinette for longer trips

I've been using it all summer, and it works like a charm.

Great mod! I think compact battery power has come a log way and decreased the need for wiring thru the boat for every amenities. Would definitely consider this over a DC pump.

How high can one of these ‘pumps’ push water? 1 foot? 3 feet? 6 feet?
