where would you sell a sail and boarding ladder?

Hi - I'm wondering where people on the forum have had luck selling equipment? I posted a lightly used genoa on Kijiji but have had zero replies and almost zero views. Also a telescoping ladder that wasn't long enough to use on my M (darn high sides!)

Anyways, I'm looking for feedback/suggestions (ie do sail makers buy used sails? sell on commission?). I had a quick look in the Classifieds section on here, but there seems to be very limited posts (and at $35/post... I can understand why).

Heath has a classified section here. & if it's Mac specific, I'd strongly consider. Other than here, I'd use Ebay. I don't believe they are mutually exclusive.

For oddball stuff that can fit into a box ebay is the way to go IMO. It costs about 10%, so about $50 for a $500 item. Macgregors have a large following. If you post it in the title people will find it. I got more for my lightly used OEM genoa on ebay than I paid for it brand new. If its an odd item I have done best with a reasonable fixed price and include "best offer" in the listing. People seem to like offering and buying now better than bidding and waiting.
