1. New SS 3 blade propeller (one summer I was experimenting and bought several different types).
2. New Judy B sails - genoa has pirate skill and bones -son really likes it.
3. SS washers on the rudders.
4. Aluminum side boarding ladder for swimmers.
5. Canvas "tent" that covers the cabin (can link to the bimini) really opens up the boat when camping out/overnighting.
6. Sailboat hammock for lazing.
7. Tow rig for tubing and three person hot dog tube.
8. Music system incl DVD/CD and Google home (when in slip with Wi-Fi).
9. Laptops (2) for the kids so they can watch stuff when overnighting at the marina
10. Laptop (looks much like kids but more under the hood) for Dad so I can work from the boat.
11. Youth fishing rigs and non-hook spinners, water inflatable fish, etc. so the kids can play with casting, etc.
12. Eco horn (you have to blow in it) for the kids to use - they really like it.

1. Suzuki DF 90
2. Double-axle aluminum trailer
3. Sail pack
4. bimini and Dodger
5. VHF with AIS and mic
6. Fridge
7. 2-house batteries plus solar
8. MRS upgrade to 26M system
9. Lifeline netting to keep boys and toy on board
10. 25 feet of ¾ chain on each anchor, main is currently a 16lbs claw.
11. Magma grill. We have a butane stove in the galley, but 80% of meals are done on the grill, cooking below something like pasta gets the cabin really hot
12. Mosquito netting for hatches
13. My boat came with the following mods which I think are essential: anchor roller, shore power and inverter, flexible water bladder and electric pump

When you raised the gooseneck, did you have to trim the mainsail or was there enough clearance? I'm about to raise mine up to 36". Thanks in advance!

I don't have an OEM sail. My sail is heavier & when I'd raise it would consistently have 6 or 7 inches - guessing. So I just raised it with no problem. Whether your sail is loose footed or not, you may able to get it taut by adjusting from the bottom.

Yeah, I don't have one either, ha. The PO bent the mast and chopped 3' off it. From my calculations, I believe I can raise it 9" from the factory location on the new mast to 36" from the deck and still hoist a "factory" mainsail without modification. Just wanted confirmation from someone who'd done it. We're in desperate need of a bimini.

I saw this article in BOATUS, printed it out, and decided I would do it this summer.

I have a bunch of these all over the boat...one on the galley facing the rear berth, one on the back of the dinette by the head (in the X), one at the steering pedestal. "Cheap as chips", to quote SailboatMike.

https://www.amazon.ca/Electop-Charger-C ... ine+outlet

The only caveat I would give is that some of them come with a little blue LED light to indicate they have power, and although it seems minor during the day, it can really light up the cabin at night even with the little plastic cover closed.

To wire them up on the same circuit, I use these:

Probably not ABYC, but convenient and if properly done no less safe than the original wiring.

My boat came with the following which are really handy...
-Anchor roller
-Wheel Autopilot
-Chart plotter tied to VHF

What I took off-
-Lazy Jacks---don't need them
-little "lunch pick" anchor...I might use as a kedge

What I added-
-larger helm wheel
-Bimini (not common in the UK--more for rain than sun)
-Navionics and AIS on phone
-Judy B jib...best upgrade yet!
