Don't know about Texas, but in LA (lower Alabama), we have a saying that goes "it's raining so hard it sounds like a cow pi$$ing on a flat rock...

:D :D :D :D Lol That must just be a Southern saying eh Jimmy T :!: :!: :!: 8) That is exactly what that saying means :) And I guess for all of Our non-agricultural Friends ,very heavy thunderstorm rains and a cow pi$$ing on a flat rock sound similar...... loud :!: Ron.

Gentleman rancher here, horses only. I use that term loosely. Every time I buy feed they ask for my tax number and I always say I'm more hat than cattle. Actually were moving into our barn so we can build a house on our land. I say barn but it's finished inside or the Admiral would have nothing to do with it.
