YY; that corsair 36 is a BEAR to trailer I think folded the beam is 9'+ permits needed & no weekend travel in about 13 States. Ian Farrier designs beautiful tris & you pay big money for them, but Im happy I didnt pull the trigger on one.

Corsairs

Post by Andy26M »

Every time I go to a boat show I look at the Corsairs - I find them fascinating. That newer one with the center cockpit and aft "stateroom" is really an awesome boat.

But, I singlehand all the time and I just don't see being able to comfortably solo with a tiller like that - I could deal with the loss of cabin space since I generally need room for one only...

But the cost! Even a well-used one is out to lunch!
