The Honda motor runs like new. I had to clean the carbs 4 times before I finally got all cylinders firing and by a stroke of luck my neighbour had a set of vacuum gauges and we were able to synchronize the carbs. What a difference. The interior is completely stripped right now so I think I'll take Tom's advice and hose the interior down and shop vac it out.
