Geoff, do we need to pre-book the marina spot now in order to get a side by side? Perhaps you could put us up on your 'house dock'.

Hi Ross

The sooner the better...

They go fast.

They started selling seasonal slips last summer for the first time.

Those will be in the horseshoe area where we were last time

Right now there are several slips available for our 25'10" boats to be side by side if we book fast

I am already booked

Port Credit is a great spot for the rendez-vous, restaurants and pubs within staggering distance of the marina...John bring an extra pair of glasses

Problem is once u lost ur eye glasses u cannot find ur beer & one can accidentally walk-off the end of their slip

, in my case my eye glasses fell off my head I tripped over them & tried to catch them before they fell into Davie Jones Locker , Davie won I lost but I still could not resist the urge to try & save them & dived in anyway in total darkness , Thats my story & I,m sticking to it , 2 pairs of new glasses 800$ later

But I can remember the yr before one guy I won,t mention his name spilled his Scotch stepping off someones boat & dived in in an attempt to catch the spilled Scotch before it hit the water , Well that was his story anyway !!

Oh Yeah , he has a blue hull

then his admiral asked ME to keep tabs on him the rest of the week

so I did for every one he had I had two

OK, in my last post I didn't pay attention to the 'changed location' bit! What happened there?
We're attempting to book now. Last time the overnighter at the Toronto Islands was magical - could we do that again (weather permitting)? There may be more MacGregor owners local to this area able to meet up.

Yeah that sounds like a great idea, I'm sure we can stay over a night. It would be no problem finding a spot during the week and then we can have a camp fire. I'll bring the wood.

Yep just start scratchin that noggin of ur,s early in the morn & by nightfall we should have enough splinters to get a good fire going

Yep Them their young one,s just got no respect for them there old timber,s , mind u that picnic table was more of a relic , a liability just waiting to happen , they most likely just saved them the bother of disposal & well it did turn out to be a nice bonfire on what was then a chilly night

sent in my slip booking for july 24th - 26th, because the date was set too late for me to be able to get the time off , someone else already booked that date ahead of me
