We using the same stove as Highlander, cartridges insertion and removal is really quick and easy, the stove heats very rapidly and stores in its own case. In addition, you can take it outside to cook in summer, not heating the cabin. :)

One of those came with my boat, but it was so rusty, I tossed it. Still have a box of fuel canisters that came with it. New stoves are only about $13, so I suppose I'll get a replacement one of these days.
