When I purchased my boat 2nd hand, it had a factory applied (I believe) black colored undercoating. I would like to touch it up. Does anyone know what undercoating Macgregor used?

Nice looking boat.
As mentioned, bottom paint was added aftermarket so who knows. Maybe ask someone at West Marine or similar store to match it up. I doubt anything will "match" as it fades as it ages by design. If you are leaving it in salt water for any length of time, you may want to repaint the whole bottom anyway.
