Bowsprit Project

Post by kadet »

Needed somewhere to hang my new Selden GX Spinnaker furler :P

So $35 worth of SCH40 stainless steel steam pipe and $80 in drill bits later I have a bowsprit for my :macm:

Close 48mm or about 1.9 inch OD. Fits perfectly inside the factory anchor roller. I have put a larger anchor roller on the port side.

Genoa now has its own flying sail furler as well and is going to go where the spinnaker goes, new RF Jib is on order and due in six weeks. :?
