Hi Darren
U'll just have to wait like everyone else !! LOL This is a big project & the weather has not been co-operating even though I am doing most of this project inside my none heated shops as I am toooo cheap to pay to heat them :) , but alot of the concept & designing & engineering of this mod is basicaly play as u go , figuring angles & cocepts that r desireable but main issue is strength combining both deck & hull into one good strong anchoring base  keep watching

Well G & R showed up , G had breakfast & coffee R showed up 1/2 hr later missed breaky but had a coffee , R helped me install the last of the deck mounting brkt's the front base brkt for the hinged deck plate while the mighty G supervised ! :D :D :D :P , first install went south as the two mounting bolts were too short by 1/2" so much for G's supervisory skills  so R & I had to start all over again & if u think 52 is bad wait till u try the 3M 4200  . So I took over the supervisory dept. & R & I continued on with the installation with the correct hardware , G was demoted to Goeffer & told to go get the beer's :o :P
the final deck bkt is now install & the next day I re-installed all the floatation back into the floatation chamber under the anchor locker
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 9b0a70.jpg
so stage one is now complete & the internal & external deck base mounting brkt's have all been installed. Now to finish off stage two the hinged deck mounting plates  :)

So a good time was had by all & then G tells us he is off too S/F to go sailing with Leon !! & no R & I were not invited :x
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 3543df.jpg

Have a great time in S/F G

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... f6cee5.jpg

here is the 1 1/2" conduit piping installed through the V - Berth floation chamber so from now on I can easily run elect. wiring through there, no floation was removed for this mod

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... f7978b.jpg

here is the aft end of the v- berth conduit this is the elect horn wiring still to be installed
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... e8f2ca.jpg

this is where the battery cables for the windlass will be fend through to the bow
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 88091d.jpg

All put back together nice & tidy
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 665c24.jpg

Here's the finished stage two now it's into stage three running the 1 1/2" elect conduit for the wiring

had some running around to do yesterday so progress was slow the electrical cable through deck base was fitted & sealed with 5200 & left to set , then moved onto the electrical conduet I used 1 1/2" but I think 1 1/4" would have been ok this will allow me to run all my electrical cables 12v & 110v down the port side that have to be route there outlets at each end bow & stern & midships for any future wiring I may run halfway

Hi All
Stage three is coming alone slowly installing the electrical conduet that the windlass battery cables will be route through & some other wiring that is already there will be removed & reinstalled through the conduet & reconnected , unfortuantly I had to remove my 3" return air ducting for my bilge pump so as I could get the 1 1/2" conduet installed where I wanted it , so after I finish off installing the aft section of the conduet to-day or untill I run out of material I will then reinstall the 3" air ducting, then once the run of electrcal conduet is done I'll be able to measure my elect. battery cable length & @ $5 a foot I do not want to be buying to much excess

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 58c754.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 07af24.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 77564a.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 92cfb3.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... b10164.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 46b6c2.jpg

midship outlet so as I can bring wiring out there for future mods if needed
http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... cd4fd4.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... c06b42.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... 315e91.jpg

http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab1/ ... a6093e.jpg

The elect. conduet going down the port side is zipped tied up into postion I have to make approx 5 brkts for this to make it a pernament fixed mounting this allows me to get my fixed brkt's mounting possitions but I will just leave the zip ties there anyway, that way if I have to remove the brkt's for any other future mods or alterations the conduet will still be held in its installed position

She 's wired up from main independant house battery in the V-Berth work's like a charm power"s up & down or free=fall down ur choice :) , also running extra wiring for any future mods , already run wires all through the top head liner that was a major pita
have now run about 45 ft of # 6 wiring from bow bat to first house bat next to the start bat under the ladder with a kill switch just have to hook that up now but @ 90% in the shade 3 fans running it was a killer

Still have to run about 36ft of # 18 wiring from the reversing relay to the cockpit control switch in the pedestal :)

will post pic's later J 8)

Becoming more impressive all the time! :)
I will give it the once over at this year's rendezvous - if there's and room left inside the boat! :D
Any hints for the next planned mod?
