I had been trying to put together some older Raymarine & Raytheon stuff on Miss Ollie, The Pathfinder Radar, Sport pilot Plus, wired remote etc. It was frustrating trying to make everything play nice.

Finally, I lost my mind - gave up and went shopping Now I know why women feel better after doing that. So I'm selling some old toys on Ebay to make up some of the pain of my spree.
I'll also be cutting lawns & bagging groceries & delivering pizza to pay off this:

So you didn't get the Raymarine autopilot to work? What a pity! That is also on my dream-list... lower down the line.

No it worked fine. The Pathfinder stuff confounded me a bit. I ended up having to clear out a Lot of old wiring. And decided since I'm gonna run new wiring, might as well wire in new equipment with it

Are you sailing or just cruising? Saw your 90hp E-Tec listed. Also, is that a dodger up front over the companionway? What size fuel tanks are on board? I'm looking at 60hp E-Tec's for our 26X. Thought I would "trade-in" my 50 hp 1999 Tohatsu (3 carbs). I have two 6 gallon tanks, and at economy cruise, it should be ok?? We may end up just motor-cruising. Not sure yet. The thought of filling up and lifting two heavy 12 gallon tanks on board after refueling is too much.

For tankage I use 4 6 Gal Tempo size portables. Search our site for talk on them. Basically, consider getting two more 6's that'll fit in our compartment.

Since you're trading in, consider the 90, even a used one, but try and get one after '08. Better hardware/software.
Someone here bought the 60 & wished he'd gone higher - you can always slow down and it's only 1 more cylinder and still has the internal oil tank and all of the niceties of the E-tec [winterization].

P.S. The plan is just motoring for now. I had shoulder surgery over the winter & I'm thinking pulling on the sheets will be too much right now. Besides, I can always go home and pick up the mast

Is that a solar vent sticking out of the window (and on the companionway hatch)?

Curious if you get enough sun for good operation with it sideways, and if you like or regret putting one on the hatch vs. another location.

And lastly, did you use a hole saw to get through the plexiglass on the window (and the hatch for that matter) or something else?

So that is two fans in one window. I drilled thru the plexiglass and used black silicon for the installation . I drilled it with a holesaw . 5 inches , If I remember correctly .

The side ones are solar. The hatch is a passive that's plugged into the hole which the PO put a non draining dorade on the sliding hatch - Not my choice - just my solution.I had constant rain leaks with the dorade. The Solar is hanging off the stantion and catches more sun than the original I had which was in the white part of the vent. Regarding tools I use a rotozip especially the spiral saw. There's a hole kit, but I tend to freehand.

Re regrets: No. It's much easier cutting warm plexiglass than fiberglass. & if you don't like it - simply replace the plexiglass
