I thought I had mine at the lower end of the market ( at that price, I'd buy it in a flash if I had the money! ) but only had about 4 or 5 tyre kickers so far..

If ya bought your boat pre GFC, your gunna take a loss selling now , and then, as you say, its Winter so a lot fewer thinking about boating.

I was going to tow mine to a brokers and let them sort it out, but realized that to sell and them still get their cut, I'd probably have to accept early 30s, and that aint going to happen, so I'll just cover her in the backyard and wait for the right person to come along... And if that person doesnt come, I'll be stuck with the best cruising TS in Oz

Its fun selling a boat though. You get to talk boats with people who just want to talk boats and not buy one, You get to put the mast up and down in the backyard over and over, You get people that just want to take some measurements, you get to sit around waiting for people to show up from NSW etc that never come and don't bother ringing, You get to listen to people making offers that make you wonder if they havnt got a few roos loose in the top paddock ($17500! LOL) etc etc, Yeah, selling boats is fun - Not
