Re: Happy Easter All!!
It's a somewhat quiet Easter here at Puff's Woods. Older son is home from college, younger one has been off from high school. We played rummy till late last night, then got up for sunrise services this morning (yawn). Today I baked a strawberry and raspberry pie and the wife is now making lamb and ham with some mashed potatoes and assorted veg - the whole house smells wonderful. This afternoon I went for a long bike ride with my younger son whilst son #2 studied for his upcoming genetic engineering midterms. Dinner will happen soon.... (yum)....
Only glitch - we awoke to a dead heater (grrr). Managed to get it running again sufficiently and will have the heater guy in early next week to give it a thorough once-over. Gave us an excuse to have a roaring fire in the fireplace, though, so all was not lost.
Hope you all have had a wonderful and meaningful Easter weekend.

Hope you all managed to reflect this Easter, I was pulled away by a rare week end business trip and am 13 time zones from home
Do check out the Bible series just released from Discovery in March..we made it Family movie night for the past week before travel and I both enjoyed it and learned some old lessons again.

Yeah - "The Bible" Discovery Channel is a great series. Previously managed to catch bits and pieces of it here and there, but PVR'd all 10 episodes that were broadcast on Sunday to watch at our leisure.
Safe travel, Cat.

Pic taken from my Mac over the weekend. Easter moon rising over Banks Peninsula hills, New Zealand. 'Reflected' in Akaroa Harbour. I hope everyone had a happy Easter.

Re: Happy Easter All!!
Happy easter to all. We were out sailing Saturday and stayed at the dock on Sunday enjoying the nice warm weather for a change. I am looking at purchasing The Bible DVD's cause I could not watch it as I work Sunday through Thursda nights. I've heard that it is a great movie and that all walks of faith have learned something from it. Can't wait to see it myself.
