All,

I scanned the SAILING mag 26M article, how do I attach the PDF file to this website?

my understanding is you have to upload it to system like photo bucket, then link it to here. useign the "image link" it might also be easier to do something like upload to google drive, and make it public, and provide a link.

There is no way to attach files for this forum. The best way would be to upload it to Google Docs, then share it as a public file. That way anyone can view it without having to have a Google account, or logging in. If you like, email it to me as an attachment and I will post to my Google Docs account.
