Lonely Mac

Post by robbarnes1965 »

Visited Half Moon Bay this weekend with family and had to snap a shot of this sad site. It is the most neglected Mac I have ever come across. I hope the owner is not suffering illness and can't tend to her but if you are out there and are healthy, your Mac needs some love - other than from seagulls....

I did a close up of the hasp, and that looks to be OK. All is not lost.

I am guessing at most marinas, this would be a violation of the policies. Surprised they do not pull the boat, or clean it for him and send him a bill. At my marina, all the boats look like people take pride in their equipment. In the dry dock, things tend to look a little more abandoned on some boats, but not to that extent. Sometimes a cover is blown off or torn. Maybe a flat tire here and there.

Thats a shame, IMHO. I could have that boat PRISTINE in no time.....
If anyone knows the owners or could leave a note on it.....would be interested.

Thanks..... :D

If the boat looks like that I don't think the owners have been around in a long time, so a note would be seen by everyone except the owners. Best to find out what marina it's at and contact the marina. They might be willing to pass message to the owner.

If the marina cared, they would have already contacted the owner.
