Swing-keel lift rope re-route

Post by vizwhiz »

Just wondering if anyone has re-routed their swing-keel lift rope to come out on-deck and go to cockpit, so you can change how much keel you have down without having to go below...?? Or, perhaps the same question in reverse would be how difficult it is to adjust while underway, perhaps because you realize you need more or want less?? Thanks!

Ok, on my 1997 26X the swing keel line does go to the cockpit - it doesn't for everyone? :|
