I ordered 4 fenders, length 53cm/14cm. Now I guess, that they are to small.
How long are yours?
Thanks.

Hi there, I think they are just about the same size as the ones that I bought for my 26S. A bit bigger or smaller doesn't matter. Or is there such a thing as fender envy ? Being able to drop them at the right hight is more important. BTW ... interesting play of words, your post with your screen name
I don't know the dimensions of mine but they are called size G4. I originally got the boat with the G3 size but found them to be a bit undersize. If you can change the order, do so and get the next size up, you won't regret it.

I agree, dropping the fender to the right height is more important. I bought straps with velcro that attaches to the stanchions but at their longest, they are not long enough. Now I just use some line and ta-da problem fixed. I should have saved my money. As for how big the fenders I bought are, I'd have to guess, but they aren't that big. We just got our and haven't yet done any mods for storage, space is a premium in the cabin.
I have SS Baskets attached to the Front and the Rear stanchions ( one side) I have IIRC G4's 2 is plenty in most cases and I have a few smaller ones in the V berth.. With the smaller units Placement is VERY Important!! Not So .. with the larger fenders..
I have chosen, and been well served with, six fenders, three to a side. I moor at a finger pier with another boat next to me on the adjacent finger pier. When the wind is blowing off the pier, and the forward crew is less experienced at nabbing the cleat with the boat hook, it is nice to have three nice fenders down on the outboard side. I hang the fenders from the two forward stanchions and one farther aft from the aft stanchion. After getting underway, I secure them to clamps attached to the lifelines. The size is approximately 6" diameter and 22-23" long.
