I love the smell of gunpowder in the morning.

They have a program for volunteer crew for two week stints. You have to pay $350 for the priviledge, but they feed you 3 squares a day and you can pull all the ropes you can stand.

Lady Washington looks much better with her mast unbroken......lol.
Several years ago, 1991, I saw her tangle with a bridge.....

having followed her along the columbia river...... i must say....quite a sight.

Hmmmm, anyone have any luck locating a 2 pounder signal cannon that fits the bow pulpit of the mac..... and will canada let you in with one mounted on the boat. I can see the customs manifest........

Lets see..... one 25 ft sailboat...
one 200 caliber muzzleloader
20 lbs grape shot,
20 lbs pyrodex...

methinks customs might object........lol
