I did the online order "request" or rather parts inquiry. It seems like it took about a day and a half for them to call me. But they did (two people actually). They don't take cards online, so you have to do a hybrid "order" online, and then they'll call to let you know they've got it and will get your payment info...
PS> Still trying to find someone to go sailing with on a good sailing day here, so haven't had time to test out the vang... :-(

Well, they were out of town at a show the week I was calling. I got my vang last week, looks great! I will install it sometime this week, I was sailing all weekend and didn't feel like doing any work. I'll let ya know how it works for me.

Are you dry sailing? If so, then yes, having another person is nice if not essential. But if you are wet sailing, then one person--you--is all you need. I think I actually prefer sailing alone.
