2007 Al Trailer need some help!

Im working down here in Alabama and cant get to the boat. We'll be pulling the boat up North next week and I'd like to order some new tires. Can someone verify that the 2007 trailer is a 4.5" 5 lug pattern?

if its the aluminum trailer thats correct, also called a ford patteren also a 3 1/8 center hole
