Garret, there are good launches in Homestead at $12 a day or Pennekamp State park with good launch and $30 for a slip or pay just launch fees and boat storage.

I also lonched from a ramp with a cross wind. I bought a 40 foot dock line that I attached to the bow. I would walk that line around and stand on the trailor ladder and gently pull the boat onto the trailor. Worked every time and never had to get my feet wet.
