Small holes above the rudder hinges??

Post by peterh0019 »

Hi All
I have just purchased a 2005 Mac 26M and noticed a small hole (about 4mm) above each of the rudder hinges. Does anyone know what they are for?

I looked on the Mac website and see that they too have them but not sure why they are there.
Thanks

Water drain holes from above where the rudder control lines enter the transom.
