Was visiting some friends down in Corpus Christi a few years back and they had a warning trap showing your speed as you drove by. A half a mile later was the man. At least they gave you a warning beforehand.
And those that did not slow down got nailed accordingly. :D

the new ones over here are the Averaging speed cameras,they calc your speed over a distance measured in miles,the old days of slowing down for the camera then speeding up again are coming to an end.

The worrying one is the tracker devices,the gov got shouted down the last time that came out,but its only a matter of time
