I signed over my Mac today and am officially a former Mac owner. I wanted to thank all of the great folks on this board for advice and help. I already feel a tinge of loss but think she's heading for a great new home and hopefully will get a lot more use.
Thx!
Scott

Scott;
Best of luck to you, Sir
I can't even imagine selling my Mac - - - as a matter of fact I intend to retire to LaPaz next year and will have to buy a motoryacht to live on, but I expect to take the Mac with me to use as an everyday boat in the Sea of Cortez.

So Scott, are you quitting sailing or moving to another sailboat?

It was great to see the boat show w/you Scott. Sorry to hear it, but bet you're looking toward something like your in-law's keelboat?
Best Wishes!

I'm going boatless for now. Too many hobbies and not enough time. My have wife and I have spent much more time sailing with my father-in-law on his boat in Belize than we have on our boat.
I'm also considering selling my Suzuki 2.5hp and 8.5 foot Ebay inflatable. If anyone local is interested send me message.
Frank I enjoyed the boat show as well.

Scott,
Is Chicago local enough for your dingy?
I would be interested.

Scott,
I know how you feel. I too sold SusieQ the same weekend. I lost big time in the real estate game and was left with no choice. I hope to be back on my feet and buy another one in a year or so. I had her 6 seasons and sure will miss her.
