Bottom paint options in California

After working all weekend on a barrier coat I for my 26x, I marched on down to the local West Marine to purchase some bottom paint. After some research, I decided on an ablative paint, in particular Micron CSC or Pettit Ultima SR as I'll have the boat in the slip for only 6 months out of the year.
To my chagrin, it looks like the powers that be here in California in their infinite wisdom have decided to ban those paints which leaves me two options: (1) order the paint online and have it shipped to my friends house in Las Vegas and pick it up or (2) choose an alternative paint that is sold here in California.
My question is for those of you who live in California, are there any paints that are sold here which are comparable in performance to the brands I was considering or are there any other brands you would recommend? If I cant find an acceptable alternative, it looks like Im going with option # 1. Thanks.
