Any Lakes Open yet In PA for a Test sail?

I am going to the Scranton, PA area next weekend to Buy a 26s. The only holdup at this point is that the owner says the lake where he has the boat doesn't open it's boat ramp until May. Anyone out there know of any lakes in the area that are "OPEN" for a quick test sail???
