MadMike I was following your trip to the Amazon, but lost track when you got to the Caribean. Did you make it all the way down to the end of So. Am.? Is the last part of the trip posted anywhere that I can read it.

Al,
Having two threads called 'Zeno's Arrow' could become a bit confusing. Per my respond on p:10 (other thread). I did not get all the way to Punta Arenas, as I decided (because of $ & time constraints) to run back down the river systems. I spent almost 1 & 1/2 years inside South American and along the northern coast, which is why many folks lost touch (if you were not on my e-mail update list you didn't get my (sometimes) once a month or so updates from various internet 'cafe' stops along the way). I did pick-up a following once I got back out into the Caribbean. As the website for the trip went down when the ISP was sold to another company and they wanted big $ to keep it up, I believe the only existing info. would be archived someplace(?). MM
