Mac/Venture Orange Co. N.Y.

Hi folks,
In todays paper here in Orange Co NY a listing of a 22 Ft Mac/Venture Sail Boat, Retractable keel,sleeps 4 with 2 sets of NEW sails. It is in VERY GOOD condition. It has a trailer which is used just from home to water (not road worthy) and is listed for around $1000.00 /OBO.
I have not seen the boat nor do I know the owner but being as it may I thought I would take the time to pass this on you you folks. I do not know the owners name but I have talked with him. He said the boat was 70 ish year made and has used it a lot. he stated that it was in very good condition but as stated the trailer for over the road was questionable and needed repairs.
