I am selling my MacGregor 26X

Hello everyone! My name is Todor Petrov and I am from Bulgaria. I am selling my magnificently modified Macgregor 26x 2000 year . The boat is located in Greece in the port of Fanari near the city of Kavala. I am selling the boat together with the trailer which is a 2 axle dinghy 2.1m and a 3.5hp Tohatsu engine for it.
I have owned the boat since 2019 and during that time I have made a large number of improvements, turning it into a full-fledged Sailing Yacht.
First thing that I did was to remove the old antifouling and apply 4 coats of epoxy primer ana 3 coats of epoxy paint.
I list the improvements inside the boat:
Refrigerator. Water tank 110 l.on the bow Hydrophore system, Stainless steel sink.Stainless steel fuel tank with electric level 65 l. built under the sleeping area in the bow, Traction battery 250ah AMG Marine toilet, LED lighting, Sliding drawers 3 pcs. Wall insulation with cork. Shelves on 2 boards.New upholstery on all seats. Inverter 12-220v 500watt Gas stove. Gas bottle 4 kg.with level gauge.
On deck:
Bowsprit with 3-point anchor roller. Bowsprit guardrails. EVA decking anti-slip mat. Safety net on both board sides.Sprayhood. Bimini top. 3 pieces of side shading Swimming platform. Inox leader 4step with handles.Ice box-50l under the skipper seat. Cockpit table . 4 cup holders
. Outboard motor mount bracket. L-shaped stand with pulley block for lifting dinghies.
Sails: Furling jib . Furling Genoa 150% . Main sail original good condition And Main sail new High quality Dacron 2024 -made by- DL sails 4 winches -2 standard and 2 new mounted aft .
Outboard engine Yamaha 4 stroke 50hp .
I modified my keel with new pivot point special material integrated inside the keel .I also implemented 55kg. of lead in the keel " On light winds 8-10 knots i am doing 5 knots without water ballast."
