Excellent mods and excellent video. All well done.
He should publish his 3d printed pedistal pod box. That looks fantastic.

Great stuff! So many cool projects in one video. Love the swiveling 3d printed nav pod and what was done with his batteries/electronics locations

I loved his vids…
Inspired a lot of my plans and things I’ve done…
I’ve got almost as many as his boat, I’m thinking to do a similar setup to help out others like he did me.
Between that boat and Doc’s MacGregor on YouTube, there’s lots of cool ideas.

Andre's mods are some of the best and most professional I've seen. Many should have come from the factory like that.
I used his tarp system for winter storage. It is cheap and very effective for snow/rain run off.

Really makes me want to get an autohelm installed....i just need a trip worthy of using it!
I was a bit reluctant to pull apart my helm to add a wheel steering autohelm. Was wondering if there is away to add a "cheap" tiller autohelm onto my wheel for short jogs.

Hi pitchpolehobie
Yeah there is …… sorta
One option is to convert yer boat to a tiller …bit extreme but then you’d have a tiller to attach to!
Another option would be to make a “rack & chain or cog belt arrangement
The problem arises with the aspect that the current wheel has at least a full rotation (and a bit more)….
There could be a 3rd option to connect to one of the wheel spokes and hope that it only needs180 degrees of rotation to stay on course. Mount the other end of the actuator rack to either the pedestal / deck / swing seat.
