Suzuki fuel hose price

Hi, all

I need a sanity check - why in the hull would a fuel hose for my DF60 cost USD 285??
Are there electronic components in it?
In EU, it is even worse - EUR 330. Is this for real?
Finally, is there a generic fuel hose I could use that would fit my 2001 DF60?

I purchased a generic fuel line on Amazon. Found one with correct Suzuki connectors.
Or you can buy a fuel line without connectors and buy the proper connectors and make your own.

I saw a hose for $227. That's crazy.
