Restless times...

We've lost track of many of our Mac friends here on the forum over the years, but I must say I do miss Bjorn ('restless') quite a bit. He made amazing mods on his boat, and he was quite an exceptional artist as well... not to mention being husband to the ever-lovely Peaches. I don't know if he still has his Mac, or indeed if he's still with us at all (hopefully they both are in good health), but here's a link to his old Mac Mods website, which I post here for posterity. It has some amazing woodwork and innovate mods.

Or wife, yes, indeed it was.

Oh, well, then, for posterity only, of course, I guess I'll check out the website.
Lol.
Reminds me of the Sailing and Fun youtube channel that I subscribe to only for the Mac26X of course.

Thank you Kevin! That first picture of the chaos while building the galley. I know it well! The joint with the hull with the overhead cabinet... AND HE USED REAL TEAK! OMG! Even after using an offset ruler and cutting a template out of cardboard, I made spent hours trying to tighten up the joint and I still have embarrassing gaps.
Flying a spinnaker in his own special way! A true trend setter.

Ah yes. I do miss him and his contributions. And some daring mods. Decorated his cabin in peach color.
He also liked to fly his boat.

If you search his mods site you will find a nice photo of the lovely Peaches... and you'll discover why she is so named.

It's not natural selection? The weak falling away behind the herd?

On his website as well. I'm not going to post it. You gotta go find it.

I saw it right away when this thread started, but wasn't even going to mention it. Not family-friendly and all that.

Oh, I don’t know about that. In my humble experience I think that’s how most “families” got started in the first place.

He had Restless up for sale and as you can see from the text told me that he was not buying another boat right away. It was a well outfitted boat with substantial swingkeel modifications. Also had a propex heater and a great galley.
