New sails for my X

Hi Guys,
Has been a long time since I posted - missed you fam! Well to refresh you memory, I asked you guys about a 1996
. It was about 10 years ago, maybe more, but I was offered it for $3000. I bought it and she sat. I am now at the place where I want to get her in basic shape to go sail this coming spring summer. I am in Northern CA, and would love to meet up with others in this area. Anyways, I really need new sails for the boat. Could probably get by with just a jib, but a new main would be pretty cool.
So I looked at BWY, and Peak, and Precision Sails, and with the 20% discount Precision is offering right now, they are all pretty close.. I'm in the bay area so lots of lofts here, but kinda leaning towards Precision. If I give them my order by the end of this week, they will give me a 20% discount. Order now, get sails in spring, they are willing to split up payment.
First, I am hoping for some input from you guys on sail maker - i.e. would Precision by a mistake, or are there other places I should check out, other than the above.
Second, what recommendations on the add-ons do you find helpful, i.e 2 or 3 reef points ( I will be sailing on San Fran Bay- 20 knots on a normal day), and should I be thinking partial battons, full battons, a mix of battens, and I was thinking the 115% jib, because of my area. Thoughts.
I am also thinking the Precision 400 level of sails.

Let me know if the link doesn't work - seems to work for me.
Wishing you guys fair winds . . .
