While i mentioned my issue in the latter part of "End of Season Blooze" entry; Does anyone else have a definite or significant list, Port or Starboard, regarding unboarded disposition?? What is the cause? What is the solution?? Am I alone in this quandary
Help...

Check your bilges for water, gazm, that's the first thing to do.
Make sure all the bodies are overboard
Do you still have some NYPD hiding on board? Remember , NYPD AND FDNY have one thing in common, they both want to be firefighters

Well that will happen if you keep trying to smuggle people across the boarder and you dont make sure they all leave when you dock.
You need to build a wall (get them to pay for it of course) to stop them getting into the lockers and hiding.
If you dont they will soon turn your boat into a shanty town, eat your food and take your job but be very careful apparently they are all killers and rapists
Please note: Absolutely NO fact checking has been done on these claims

As Cat said check out all bilges for water if that's all good then check loading status.
Remember if u store all ur beer & Liquor on the port side an as u use it all up. & r redeploying it into the head on the S/B side the quickest way to fix that issue is to resupply the bar area that's my solution to that problem
Another issue could b. Mty fuel tanks on one side!
Or forbid maybe that Barbie Doll u don't remember bringing on board last night doesn't want to go home!
Just saying that's all

guys...
I try & watch ingressing water. I do need a new rubrail. It's split on port side bow, where mooring line rides & chafes...
I also need to re-evauate my standing loads, like batteries. Since I already need compensating; I'm considering new placement of my 2 6V golf batts under forward dinette seat, close to CB.[150lbs x 2 x225AH] Mind you, I have: Engel Fridge under aft dinette ifo head door. a large 80x can cooler replacing Port fwd settee. With motor bat in unusual place. + 31 gal of water in bow.
& my closest border is Canada

The Nicest Stowaways u could ever meet

Mine listed to port when I had the batteries and water on that side. Everything tends to be stored on that side too.
I moved the batteries and put a larger water tank under the v-berth and that solved the listing and lowered the bow. Lowering the bow reduced the rake on the mast and helped the handling while under sail. Prior to the move, I had the forestay as tight as it would go and it still wanted to round up significantly every time it heeled over.
So, if there isn't any water ingress causing your listing, check where all the weight is loaded.

They should work there.
Under the aft dinette seat there is about 11" of height under the fiberglass storage insert box that was on the 02

That area is probably the lowest (flat on hull bottom between ballast tanks) most centered area on the boat (up against the centerboard). It is back where the the beam is still full width vs the front seat. To fit taller 6V batteries in there I had to raise the dinette seat up about an inch to keep the factory storage box, 2x group 29/31 fit without modification.

I kinda list to port, but it really depends on how much wine I've had.

My

lists to port a little. Two group 12 batts under the seat abaft the galley, 7 gallon or so water tank under the seat forward of the galley (though usually less than half full), galley stuff plus the galley, but that's all. Porta-potti in the head on the starboard side with whatever water the fresh tank holds, some tools (which used to be on the port side), and the cooler storage bin which is now full of 'stuff' instead of an empty cooler, four plastic milk crates with more 'stuff' under the table, and a spare 13 lb fluke anchor under the forward seat on the starboard side, so the list is pretty slight now.
