I placed an order with BWY using there new online parts store. The order was for a halyard aft kit and a new line for a halyard. I've been checking my order and all it says is that it is being processed. When ordering in the past using the old system, the orders were processed immediately. I contacted them yesterday morning via email and haven't had any response. What has happened to their service?

Too much TECH. Nobody wants to talk to anyone anymore.
Give them a CALL. I have ordered from them in the past, and even needed to follow-up on a the order and the best service I have received is when I TALKED to someone.
They are very nice, and will tell you exactly what up. They have a spl MAC person who is great.
Give it a try

Totally agree. They really are great to deal with and they know the boats very, very well. I've just ordered a bunch of things with them and, as usual, got stellar service.
I also discovered they are open on Mondays now too.

Ditto. I call and he has always helped. I try to consider the time zone they are in and avoid the lunch hour. Usually get through 10 am their time.

I called today, answering machine, no response will call again tomorrow. It was better when you called in your order.

Sounds like they're off for a couple of days. Nothing to do with either calling or using the web form. I did my business with Ezra using the web form and email. No problem whatsoever.

I didn't know you could order online. That must be new. As mentioned above, I wouldn't trust it so much. BWY is operated by great people, but they don't seem to be tech savvy. Calling orders in has always been the way. And there are days in the middle of the week when they are closed.
* Just checked out the new web site. Looks great. But evidently with bugs.

Just talked to Ezra and everything is cool. Part of my order is back ordered, just a little communication problem.

I ordered a main halyard for my MX and a pair of spreaders from Ezra. Got everything delivered so quick I thought I was dealing with Amazon.
